Why are so many people on here complaining about the crickets noise when the repair is covered by warranty and even a TSB? Does it keep coming back?

Because a noisy pump is replaced with the same noisy pump.

Repeating the same thing over and expecting different results is called insanity.

no issues here except the cricket sound thing but that seriously doesn't bother me and nobody on the road even notices it or anything. they are too busy looking at the car haha. the idle issue i don't have well because i flashed my car through visconti and also got good mpg and more power. otherwise zeroooo issues.

Just clicked over to 2,000 miles today. No problems besides for the occasional cricket noise when it is cold... But it is a pretty quiet sound, so I don't really mind it.

Almost at 1000 miles...no issues!

No soft break-in for this frs...no redlining yet, but still running her hard. Waiting for the 'magical' 1000 mile mark for her first flat foot to the redline

I swapped the transmission fluid with great success so far. Much better feel thru the shifter, no more problems getting into 2nd. I went with Amsoil but the Motul 300 also looks to be a great choice too. Very easy to do.
