Almost 1900 miles. I can only hear crickets when I'm standing outside the car with the hood open. I can't hear them from inside the car with or without the radio on. Second gear is hard to get into in the morning when it's cold outside. I had some condensation in the taillights but it went away and hasn't come back since. Other than that-No Problems. No CEL, No idle issues or anything else.

Some crickets from time to time, but other than that no problems in 10k miles (knock on wood), and the car gets beat on every day. In fact, it saw the redline right as I was pulling out of the dealership after taking delivery (I don't believe in "take-it-easy" break-in).

Had since June and the car is still flawless at over 10k. I have a low VIN but never had any issues other people were experiencing.

From time to time I do get the cricket sound but it is so infrequent and random I have no interest in having the dealer fuss with it.

Just hit the 7500 mile mark and no major issues besides a couple of idiots at the Toyota dealership I took it for its service. They claimed that FRS customers on Forums should not be listened to because people on the internet will say anything... WTH??!! Talk about behind the times... Paris TX Toyota dealership...

My crickets are on crack! No worries there... Love the FRS

1. Occasional burning oil smell after long trips - no sign of leak.
2. Rattle in right door speaker - fixed at service.
3. Left elect door lock occasionally won't work from inside car (rare)

Somewhere under 2500 miles but my BRZ was among the first batch shipped to the US in May. Idle stays rock solid at the manual's specified 650 +/-50 rpm. Noisy engine which some people may sensationalize as crickets but I've been advised they are typical sounds across all Subaru engines. Reason I can believe that: My inline-4 Suzuki makes the same sounds. So yeah, no problems on mine so far. A high percentage (97% +/- 2%) seem to have no serious issues. Not a bad figure.
