Does any one else have dyno sheets to post up? I would really like to add hard numbers to the first post.

Here is a dyno sheet of the tune refining @Drift-Office did on my car last weekend with an overlaid with the December tune. In December the temps were around 40* and this past weekend it was around 70*. Bob and Bill drug another couple HP out of it with the higher temps and did it with even less boost! My car feels absolutely amazing! Hope everyone else is seeing similar results. If you live anywhere within driving distance of Seattle I suggest you make the trip to Drift Office for a tune.

I didn't have to remove the intake manifold, I removed the Accessory belt and the AC compressor out of the way then you can clearly see the braided hoses
luckily I took a picture of it follow the braided hoses underneath the intake manifold and add 2 x 9/16" spring clamps

for removing stock box and/or accessory belt you may refer the post by @ecko04 on the same thread

, some people say that they can reach those hoses by only removing the throttle body but there's no way I can reach them and put clamps on them.. maybe if I had skinnier hands

What supporting mods? Also are you using the standard blower or upgraded one?

Removing that bolt on the AC unit located on the drivers side will be a super PITA thanks to the location of the supercharger. Ugh!

yes it is hard but doable, worth to mention I have big hands so it took me a bit more than I expected, I also spent some time removing the throttle body and intake manifold, without them it would be a lot faster..

I would suggest you to release the accessory bolt as you did with KW kit installation then put a zip tie or cable and hold it so it won't push the AC compressor towards to passenger side and you will be able to remove the bracket and bolts easily..

so since you have the KW kit I would do this in the following order:
  1. remove intercooler pipe with the maf sensor
  2. release accessory belt by pushing tensioner pulley and have someone hold it or wrap a cable around it so it keeps holding it for you
  3. remove the first bolt from behind the AC comp
  4. release the belt from the AC compressor
  5. remove upper bracket part (see picture)
  6. remove bolts in the pictures
  7. clamp the hoses
  8. put everything in reverse order.

sorry for the typo in the pics

I'm ordering my kit today, add me to the cool KW club. anyone running e85 or Flex with stock injectors? the 91 octane here sucks, I tried e85 NA and now am addicted to it. Just want to make sure I can run this kit on stock injectors and e85.

I guess I'm gonna take my sweet time with my install and do it over a whole weekend.
Savor it if you will and clamp down anything I can find that could lead to a boost leak. LOL

Anyone running a cam plate with the KW kit? Is it truly a must?

If you are gonna run on e85, get bigger injectors and pump...KW or one of its dealers can give you a good deal Grams Injectors and Pump upgrade

the KW highboost pulley on E85 should make 340-350 on your local dyno

My apologies if this has been answered already, but does the kit come with a basemap if I already have a license and cable?

I think it should be known that you need a checkvalve for the crank case. Since the kit did not include one. Otherwise you're boosting it.

Link to a recommended check valve would be dope.

Also, suggestion on Catch can setups are something I'm very interested in

It has been answered. They offer a "tuner kit" that doesn't come with a tune and they offer a more expensive kit with a tune.
