I don’t understand the point of this. Are people breaking driveshafts? This can’t help with reving much if the diameter is larger, even if it is lighter. Considering weight is coming off practically the lowest part of the car, the COG might actually be slightly higher now. Is this just to lose 11 pounds of weight?

MY driveshaft shop carbon shaft makes a very noticeable noise first second and sometimes third gear under load like when engine breaking and I want know if this shaft has the same issue.????????

My DSS carbon DS makes no noise. You try rotating it?

You sure its not your transmission? Do you a lightweight flywheel? When I had an ORC clutch going to a one piece driveshaft made my gear train rattling more noticeable especially under decel.

Hey Eric,

I was wondering why you decided to stop production on the manual version of these. And why you guys just have automatic versions. I've been wanting one and have been looking for one in the used market for the past 6 months and haven't had any luck haha.
