I'm sorry to hear it, though none of us are surprised that the HPFP didn't fix anything...

When they told me they were going to replace it, I said its not going to do anything but its under warranty so do what you have to do. They were pretty sure it would fix it too. In the mean time I'm driving a Prius. Yay.

The dealer just called me and said that I have a broken rocker arm. They said they're going to goodwill it this one time (wtf?) and the engineer will be calling me later this week to talk about it. I can't wait to hear what sort of accusations they throw my way this time.

Broken rocker arm? How the hell does that happen, and are they just replacing the broken part? or more?

Maybe this should be a new thread. Unless your rocker arm is causing you to loose coolant somehow.

I also have coolant disappearing.
Actually, I can smell it when I get out of the car, but no leaks!
I let it go, and eventually it stopped.
Then, the dealer added more at my last oil change, and I am in the cycle again.

Engine runs at normal temp.

The (worthless) service advisor said "the parts" should be here Friday, but couldn't tell me which parts other then the rocker arm.

Once I speak to the field engineer, I'll have more info and will open a new thread if needed.

Keep an eye on it. There's a few threads on here about coolant slowly disappearing.

Yea...I can't wait to hear why its being "good willed, just this once", according to the SA.

Well, obviously you modified parts that you shouldn't have and they obviously caused the failure. Combined with the blatant use of the vehicle outside of the specified operating parameters, it's understandable that they'd deny it. They goodwilled it for you man, you should be kissing their feet!
