6.5 image dynamics speakers and CDP 4 inch - for the dash speakers. Both can be found at woofers. Com. Image dynamic are 2 ohms and the CDT are 4 ohms, a great improvement to the stock system, all for less than 350 dollars.

Im thinking on getting my speakers upgraded with kickers speakers... I had kickers on my celica and they sounded amazing! also very durable.
Have you guys had kickers speakers on the brz/frs ? what are your thoughts on it? |

just finished installing Focal Access 165AS3 speakers yesterday on my 86.. its a complete drop in replacement of the OEM ones but the 86 came off the dealer with a decent HU already (Kenwood DPX5130BT) so it might be a little different if you have different HUs.. difference is very far from the stock ones and with what was spent, its a very nice upgrade
total amount spent is around $340 including labor, partial door deadening, and wires   front speakers  midrange and tweeter  partial door deadening  tuning it by my in-law [ame]http://youtu.be/OIip4uzRjQ0[/ame]
