Q5: What is the max PSI I can push on this kit without modifications?
A5: 14 PSI. When talking with GReddy USA and testing this kit on the dyno the max PSI with the current wastegate will level out at 14 PSI. FullBlown Motorsports (@FullBlown) tested the theory of pushing 17 PSI on this kit. However, the boost didn't remain stable and would drop down to 14 PSI. On a side note, GReddy USA did say this kit can handle more PSI if the wastegate was upgraded. There is still room for play.

SBD has a WG actuator that you could probably fit to this kit. Or you could buy his TD05 20G with the billet wheel for a slight bump in range.

What are you running for boost control?

I plan to get this kit with the Greddy Profec EBC and tune it up to 10 psi on 93 Oct. I'm hoping to target 275whp and 220 tq with stock fuel injector and fuel pump. Is it possible?

so what is your full mod list?
Sorry for the late reply. Yes, when I talked with Andrew at Greddy USA he told me there's an actuator that can be used to push higher PSI. The spring is (if I am recalling correctly) 11lbs instead of the stock 7lbs. The only caveat is that the arm (rod on the actuator) is straight and will require some bending or modification. I'm told it isn't too hard to do and will be quite rewarding. For how quick this turbo spools this would be an awesome mod.

The bonus part is that I have one of these actuators brand new from Andrew at Greddy. I switched to FBM's kit I sold my Greddy turbo. I got it around 50% off (I paid about $100 +shipping). I would be willing to get rid of it with a good deal if if someone is looking for one.

EDIT: FOUND ACTUATOR

Ok, looks like Greddy is still selling the actuator I was told to use. They still have it listed at the same price I paid too. It is titled Actuator - for T517Z Turbo" with the part number being: 11501621. Though they are currently out of stock but I have a new one laying around...somewhere LOL. Hope this helps

Should be a great daily driver setup with really good response times for spool.

I was just retuned on Thursday with the profec ebc on 91 at 12 psi and I made those numbers, have upgraded injectors and pump though for e85 later but it shouldn't be a problem on stock fuel. The EBC makes this kit feel like a whole new beast.

Dang that is nice. Thanks for the feedback. Around my area I run 93 Oct so I can just squeeze that tiny bit more but of course a goal is set to aim for. I'll be happy within 10whp and 10 tq close to to the 275whp/220tq.

On a side note I will more then likely mine will be on sale next spring. If anyone wants to take dibs haha. By then I'd say it will prob have around 5-6K miles on it. It only gets drove like a few days a month, Same goes with my full invidia exhaust.
