Since we're going to do it at a restaurant that is kind enough to offer us the space, we'd be doing them a disservice to hold an event at 3 or 4PM vs. at noon, they would obviously see more potential patronage from our group at lunchtime. As I said before, I had hoped we could avoid a conflicting overlap but this is the result of the popular vote and I very clearly stated that we would abide by the poll results after the voting reset. I can only interpret the votes as a clear indication that for at least those who voted (and thank you all for voting), 66% of you agreed that the date selected was fine and wanted to attend at that date and time. I'm not sure what else you can derive from the results.

I'm gonna have to think about this a while. My wallet may decide for me with the steep cost of the NCOC BBQ though. Lol.
