I was under the impression that you had the other accessories already. For example, if you ordered tint, got the tint installed, and now you were trying to get your money back for the tint. That would be reprehensible.

Agree, but every language has punctuation marks, which helps a lot to read a sentence.
Leaves the impression with me that the OP is just to lazy to take a minute to do a proper text, so why should anyone else then take the time to read it?

English isn't my native language too, btw

FYI, can't have lawyers in small claims unless on an appeal.

As far as the Mirror Monitor goes...

Wither or not you have the rear view mirror monitor written on the contract or not, the payment for the part is written in the contract. The dealer made a verbal contract with you to have that specific part installed. Not all contracts have to be written, although it would greatly help in your benefit in proof. The cost of the part should be in the bill of sale if they tied it into your total cost.

If they tell you that they can't get a rear view mirror monitor since they don't make one for the FR-S I would question that. They might not specifically make one for the FR-S, but many Toyota non-specific parts are interchangeable and could be easily taken from another Toyota application / or an aftermarket unit to make this possible. Just look at the products made by "HomeLink", for example. Obviously they knew they could get this part for you if they said they could before you bought the car. (<--- Just my 2 cents if they are giving you crap about trying to get this installed)

If you want your money back go for the parts not received in a timely manner, I would ask for the money back too. I would also have them change your vehicle bill of sale / contract / amount financed through the bank or financial institution though too so you aren't making payments on the financed amount they charged you to buy and install these parts. In other words don't take cash back, but have it applied to your loan. If you don't have a loan then take the cash back.

Don't let them BS you around. There are a lot of things you can do. There's always the Better Business Bureau. I'm sure you could always ask what dept in city hall you could turn to for consumer protection, if you decide not to go a lawyer route.

Good luck to say the least!
