To be fair, while driving around looking for a place out of the way to whip my phone out and shoot (that was in a cul-de-sac), I initially tried it in a loading dock ramp and it wasn't steep enough, it wasn't a particularly steep one though.

Mine just blinked fast for a second and then went solid. The blink just means it turned on. I then immediately turned it off again since I have no need for it even on the steepest of hills.

The icon should go away after a while, and turn on when engaging. Why do I have to drive with an annoying unuseful icon on the speedo?
