I do not see anyone in your videos "driving at redline"
You don't drive at redline. You shift gears. Then you're not at redline. Only time it can happen is on the straight, and you've pegged top gear. Most people just get into 5th and a few seconds later, the straight is over. How long does that last? A few seconds, if that ever even happens. Unless your tracks have 2 mile long straights. |

Like 0.1 seconds at redline each shift? That's still driving at redline, right? You didn't specify if it was "driving at redline a portion of the time" or "driving at redline all the time". Since you're so good at being technical, please enlighten us on your newfound terminology of describing "driving at redline" |

It would be a better waste of money to get the coverage on a non-modified, non-tracked vehicle. However I would not recommend it either way, since it's basically unnecessary insurance. Save money in a high-interest online savings account that is easily accessible for future unforeseen repairs.

How much oil leaked, did this cause a loss in oil pressure? So did they just have to partially lift the engine to fix this? Thanks in advanced |

So little leaked out that it still showed as being fine when I checked it. In fact I had checked it just a few days before I noticed the smoke and didn't see that there was a problem. Then again I wasn't looking for one just pulled the dipstick and checked. No lift at all. Apparently they just remove some stuff from the front, pull the cover and reseal. It's not a gasket just silicone so all they have to do is have access to clean the old and reapply. |
