Not really... ~38 hot is generally about what you want. For spirited street/mountain road, you probably want about 32 cold. For track work, probably more like 28-30 cold. Either way, 38 hot is a good place to be. 32 hot is probably a bit soft, particularly for a more comfort-oriented softer-sidewall "Max Perf" tire like the MPSS.

Lower pressure does not necessarily mean more grip...

The only thing change was some what 7 to 9 clicks from soft on the dampers.
Unless the damper instructions specifically say otherwise, you should adjust by clicks out from full stiff, not clicks in from "full soft". Just don't overtighten once you feel the needle bottom out in the jet. Then count clicks out.
The clicks at the soft end do little/nothing anyway.

What are your hands and feet doing when the rear is losing grip? Is it losing grip with no gas or brake added, or are you on the gas when it loses grip?

Since i was testing with about 30mph, i keep it 3 rd gear,
let go of the gas before enter corner,
give it little gas during cornering, and gas exit corner. <--this is where it losing grip. It does the samething when i coast through the corner too. Then the throttle kick in and the slippery light is blinking.

Having experienced MPSS abject lack of grip once they have gone off, I'm more and more thinking it's your tires...

I am serious. Mine had lost a noticeable amount of grip in less than a year, and after 18 mo they were downright diabolical, dangerous even.

Look at the date stamp on your tires. You bought them 4 months ago, but they could be several years old.

How much track experience do you have with this car or with other RWD platforms?

Driver needs upgrading. Go to a track day or hpde.
Traction control needs to be turned off. It's not well designed and turns off at any sign of slip, it is made for safety not for sport.
Adjust the adjustable shocks.
8k/8k too stiff for the mpss street tires.

I would experiment with the settings at full soft and full stiff.
Then you will be able to recognize the effects that the settings have.

Imagine a challenge where you have a friend set them at one extreme or the other and you try to determine which settings he put you at by driving.

Once you can recognize the difference THEN you will be able to tell if you need more or less stiffness.

And the shocks will not be able to stop body roll in a slow sweeping turn, that's what the sway bars are for.
The shocks will only affect body roll in very abrupt "twitchy" fast turns.

So what is the next logical step up from the MPSS? Is there anything in the Max performance summer cagetory that is rock solid with decent tread wear?
Im looking to replace my brand new Ventus v12s and was considering MPSS, potenza RE11s or a new set of Primacies to be safe.

The v12s should be similar to the MPSS, so not really a step yup. Most tires in the tw200 category would grip more than the MPSS, but would wear quicker, much quicker. The RE11 is such a tire, much more grip, at the expense of more wear as well.

If wear is your main concern, the MPSS are really good in that department, the question you need to ask yourself is, would I need a tire replacement because I want more grip or because my tires are worn down? Your case seems to be that the grip has left the MPSS before the thread is over, so a 200TW tire would probably be better. There is plenty of choice there, rivals, RE11s, RS3s and all sort of goodies. You might even look into the Maxxis Victra, apparently they could last quite a while compared to other tires in the category, or maybe even the Nittos NT05.

I am surprise my damper actually have 24 adjustable clicks. I have tried stiffer damper around 15-20 clicks. It gives me better steering to wheel response. I have no problem entering corners now, and it feels right, but the problem i have now is the rear will slip. If i turn off traction control, i think the car might over steer, and its quite danger for mountain road.
