8.5 +48 in the front would be similar to 9.5 +36/35 on the inside of the fender, +38 9.5's are already 5mm or so to the stock strut at stock alignment settings. Add 1.5 degrees of camber or so and you have interference, or at least dangerously close.

19" are huge, I don't need to explain that. (possibly a typo)
+48 AND 9.5 you won't even be able to get the wheel on.
This is on stock suspension.
