P0301 is cylinder 1 misfire

these cars have history of coil pack failure

but either log ecu parameters or take it to a shop to confirm

Those would indicate electrical. Did you check as Steve said or just reflash?

You can sometimes get weird codes come up after a reflash, clear them and see if they come back its unusual that you would get al those ectra codes in two unrelated systems.

the original code the ecu flagged P0301cylinder 1 misfire can be due to many things

coil pack
failed spark plug
even problem with cam position sensor
di seal failed
bad fuel

see here
crap tune and bad fuel results in spark plug fail and possible di seal fail

but check spark plugs and coil packs first

if you not getting poping sounds out on intake hopefully its not di seal.

I sort of get a pop like sound, sucking in air. I have to clear that code that says throttle position sensor everytime I leave my car parked for a while because if not it stays up in 3k rpm and won't let me steep on gas. Once I clear it I could drive it a bit like normal only that I get like a lag at first and then kicks in

poping from intake can be an indicator of di injector seal problems

if your getting weird random codes also check battery\alternator volts dying batteries or other electrical issues that cause volts to be unstable will upset ecu and sensor readings.

very difficult to diagnose this stuff on a forum :-)

Yeah it's been the hardest problem I have ever had. Well to find the main cause

If you pulled the coils to check the plugs did you swap them when reinstalling? If you did and the code still indicates the same cylinder then you know its not the coil pack.

Dude, we have said DI seals since the very beginning of the thread and yet you have chased everything but them. It may be time to take it to a shop if you don't know what DI seals are. Not being a smart ass but the answer may be staring you in the face and not a hard problem at all.

My bad I confused the Direct injector with the port injectors.

I found the issue it was my tune at first and now it looks like the code it's throwing now is the right one. It says my ignition coil d and I remembered switching them. Does anyone know where to buy coil?
