I feel it's hard to get a good idea of a sell/trade value since all the sites I used to look up value don't take any of these parts into consideration. I have the TRD intake, exhaust, quick shifter, springs, strut bar and shift knob (the round tacoma one).

I also have the diode dynamics 6000k hid kit along with all other lights being led. I guess they should all be uninstalled and set back to the oem bulbs..
Revert the car to STOCK. 100%. The only thing that raise your resale significantly are higher trim levels. Any mod you leave on will net you pennies on the dollar. If you sell your parted out mods you can probably get like 50% at least

Some of this depends on who is doing the labor to remove certain parts. For instance, if you are taking your car in to have the stock springs put back on, the cost of labor in most cases would negate any $ you would receive by selling the after market springs.

Springs ~ $250

Labor to remove/replace ~ $200 (reasonable rate)

Selling used springs for over $200? Not gonna happen.

You have to look at each mod individually and decide if it is worth the time/money to remove and replace. Of course if you have done extreme modding (stanced/hella flush etc) that could cause a negative valuation of the vehicle.

From personal experience I have traded in two cars with mild drops (Eibach Pro kit) with no negative hit taken on the valuation. I just left the springs on there.

Cars are a depreciating asset. They lose value daily and the situation never improves. Cars are not an investment. They are a hole in your driveway you pour money into.

You will take a hit selling a 100% stock car as well. The spread between new and used price is huge, especially now as there is a shit ton of used cars on the market.

If the mods are high quality and done right, there is value there. Try selling it as a modded car first, it's going to cost a lot to undo it. List the mods in an organized fashion, and hopefully a reputable person or shop did the work..

There are some cars I've seen on this site that I would have bought in a second if they were for sale...
