I have p3cars gauge so i have a pretty good idea

Have we learned nothing from @nelsmar 's experience? Install a wideband and don't rely solely on the OEM sensor.

Boost should be fine as long as you have an aftermarket MAP sensor. The ECU doesn't report the actual boost the engine is running though, you have to subtract the atmospheric pressure. I am not sure what the P3 cars gauge does as far as that.

I was referring to the base map I was given as a joke.

lol...

And to the OP, depends on the "base map". To me a base map is a map that makes the vehicle operational with limited ability providing the ability to transport the vehicle to a tuner. If you are buying a kit and you are getting a basemap talk to your tuner before continuing. If they have a polished basemap that is more of a "canned tune" and they give you the green light then do it. But if its say a speed density based tune then it can be skewed by a number of things and may require basic adjustments prior to being considered safe to drive.

In short: Call your tuner that made your basemap and ask him the question, not a forum full of idiots like us.
