USPS tracking isn't a guarantee - USPS states that themselves. Your problem is with USPS, not TRS.

USPS took 12 days to deliver my 2 day shipping OFT... if USPS shows that it processed at location A, take it up with them I'd suggest. for USPS you can signup for delivery notification emails, including when it processes, when its on the truck, when the truck guy claims to have come to your door, but only actually left you a we missed you note.. (Wish I had video evidence...ran down the street after him..) call USPS
