Looks like i have a shot at 170+ which is good enough for me. My weight loss plans are -100lbs which I believe is doable (but optomistic). If I can lose the extra weight an AT costs us and bolt on another 20hp at the wheels it's gotta help.

OP you haven't said or responded to anyone mentioning E85 yet, is it not something you're interested in or? Understandable if not, I'm just wondering.

Your NA goals are definitely attainable with bolt ons and a proper E85 tune I'm sure.

There are honestly so many different variables on a dyno.. heat, altitude, quality of gas, and type of dyno (mustang, dyno jet, etc.). I know a few local guys pushing over 200-210 to the wheels with automatics on e85 and typical bolt-on mods (ECU, exhaust, tune).

Without e85 you're looking at around 180-190 whp.

I should dyno this car and see the "money" number while the weather in South Florida is still cool, oops it's 76 degrees again
