Just installed my Raceseng reverse lockout:

I used a bar clamp to get started rather than a hammer, as suggested in this thread: http://www.ft86club.com/forums/showthread.php?t=70406

It wasn't really working when I offset the clamp as that thread suggests...maybe the clamp I bought wasn't heavy duty enough. So I just kept the clamp straight and pushed out the pin a little into the opposite rubber clamp face. Once started it was easy to tap it the rest of the way out with a hammer. The 3/32" craftsman punch I got bent pretty easily.

Thumbs up on the Raceseng lockout...easy upgrade and a nice touch!

Follow up post regarding the Raceseng reverse lockout: Still enjoying the lockout, now paired with a beautiful translucent charcoal Raceseng slammer knob. One thing I noticed though is that the Raceseng reverse lockout is pretty damn sharp by the opening for the screw. I'm not cutting open my finger or anything, but it doesn't feel so nice when you touch that part. Anyone experience this too?

does the screw stick out or is it at least flush with the lockout?

The screw doesn't stick out, it's just that the opening for the screw is a bit sharp. I asked Jarrett at Raceseng about this and got the following response:

"The position of the socket head cap screw in relation to where the upper ring is creates this. We try to chamfer the cutout shape where the screw sits but there is only so much we can do.

The one you have is the same as the others that we sell."

It's just a bit sharp there but doesn't cause any issues at all...I'm still loving my slammer and lockout combo from Raceseng.

Yes. Since you can't see that part I took 600 grit sandpaper and rolled all the edges around that hole. If they are machining the entire part there is no reason why they couldn't roll that edge instead of chamfering it (which results in 2 sharp edges to deal with).
