I might be about to get murdered for saying this but changing that relay is really easy. Instead of trying to pry it off the little white hook that it hangs on and messing up your knuckles... Pull the hook down, it's just one of those plastic clips like they use to hold down carpet in the car. Then you can spin the flasher round and use a flat head screw driver to disconnect the cable from the flasher. Once the flasher is out of the awkward spot you can then swap the clip to the new flasher and reinstall. Took me about five minutes. Don't shoot me, just thought it might help anyone doing it in the future.

That wasn't that hard. What was hard was repinning the damn wires. Got me heated.

I never understood all the problems...Everyone makes it sound like hell but mine came out with a nice firm grip and a strong pull

I also didn't disconnect the battery and I was fine - just make sure you don't turn on the car or have it on at all when you pull the relay out

Same here. I just made sure I had grip, pulled, POP came out, swapped the plastic rivet to the new one, pushed back in. No blood, no sweat. Easy
