You can't gain 30hp across the powerband for the simple reason that 30hp at 1000rpm takes 7 times more torque than 30hp at 7000rpm.

We also have cams in development and im not sure about headwork gains. Also stroker kits will probably come to life sooner than later. I think if you did a complete engine build and a full exhaust, you'll see some pretty impressive numbers on either 93 or e85.
