Looks like I am getting closer to a solution. I will have to visit the local hardware store and check out the plumbing and screw section.
Flush, threaded hole plug and a sealant washer. Will have to get a Whiteout plug. Link to the source of someone's wiper plug solution: http://www.motoringalliance.com/foru...-delete-2.html |

I wish for the entire thing to be gone as well. I haven't intentionally turned on a radio in ANY of my vehicles in nearly 10 years. Same dribble every day over and over and over. So I want it gone. My car's Asphalt so a color matched plug, or at least close to it, sjould be a lil easier to find. I may start seriously trying to figure it out.
I'll post up what I figure out.

In my GTO days a lot of folks removed the stock spoiler, which left 5 holes - four for bolts and one for the LED brakelight cable. Some people used little plastic caps that clicked into place with silicone on the back side, but some also just went to body shops and had the holes welded up and painted. Don't know why we couldn't do the same.

http://www.motoringalliance.com/foru...-delete-2.html That is a good thought, but then what if eventually you want to add the antenna again? Or you sell the car and someone wants an antenna... I think I will just cap it for now. Not that it will be visible if the cap is white or painted to match.

curious to see what it looks like the the whole assembly removed. The lines on the roof of the car are amazing, without anything up there it would look even better.

I removed everything from my car including the mudflaps. Full wrap PPF has been installed. I will get the pictures up shortly of the antenna removal soon, when I have time.

Any of you looked at or tried an in-dash aerial like this?
