If a decent amount of negative camber is giving you this wear, you will get LESS lateral grip if you "fix" it by reducing camber!
IMO, a little camber wear is not a big deal and is worth it for more lateral grip and better handling characteristics.

That said, it's worth having alignment checked, but first know what you want specifically for alignment, otherwise they'll just do the minimum to put it within the quite wide spec range.

For toe, zero front and rear is probably what you want. Overall in general best for tire life and handling.

For camber, for a street car IMO no reason to run less than -1 degree minimum, up to as much as -2.5 or even more if a bit of "camber wear" is OK. For a street/track car, about -3 front -2.5 rear is good.

FWIW I don't think it looks that bad anyway. Looks like about 3/32 wear difference inside to outside. Given that the other pair have worn evenly, that means if tires had been rotated at half life the "camber wear" would have only been 1.5/32. Not a big deal really, less than 10% reduction in tire life. Worth it to have some camber. IMO...
