I'm thinking I could make it for a quick hello on Saturday. Thanks in advance to all the raffle donations and to PMok for making this happen all summer long!

Yes I think enough people expressed interest that we'll do a casual drive afterwards... not sure of the route yet but we will depart from BWW after the party. Probably one of the nearby roads, I will try and do some recon if I have time. Does anyone else want to volunteer to lead/plan the route? I may have my hands full the day of the event dealing with the raffle/party...

Here is the tentative schedule and our expected parking area - I'm going to try and see if we can block off that area for our group.

AGENDA:
11:30-12:00PM Arrive and Park (get there early for best parking!), Meet and Greet
1:00PM Move group into the restaurant to be seated; distribute raffle tix
1:30PM Our first raffle prizes given away
2:30PM Grand Prize giveaways
3:00PM back to the parking lot
3:30PM Group Drive/Cruise (optional)

my pleasure it should be lots of fun.

Oh if anyone that's going to be there wouldn't mind taking photos to help provide coverage of the event, and sharing those pics with me afterwards to post up on our site and to share with our donors. I have a feeling I might not have time to take enough photos myself.

Thanks Finch! So you were able to get out of that umpiring duty then?

btw I am finalizing the compilation video that will make its debut at the party... man it's taking a while to encode hope it works out ok.

Yeah, I was able to move to the night games. Just wont be able to hit up the drive after (unless its patterson/altamont pass/n flynn)
