Pretty unlikely I think. Your best bet would be trying to pop out the front grill to get access, though you'll probably have a hard time getting the grill back in

Bumper isn't too hard, it's just a pain.

Here's a pic of my install. As you can see, the horns are pretty low and inside the bumper. Stock horns sit near the left supertone.
