So with the deal of the EcuTek, I have to buy the vehicle license and the kit. Am I able to upload a custom tune that fa20 sells or does a tuner place have to do it?

FA20 will email you the file. You use the kit and a laptop to plug into the ODB2 and upload the new tune to your ECU. It's pretty easy to do, only takes a few minutes. I'm basically an idiot and I was able to do it.

I live downtown and i have a cable. So if you simply call fa20 and ask for a vehicle license & a tune and bring a flash drive over I can install it for you. You will however need a cable to go back and forth to stock if you want to bring the car to the dealer (you don't have to but obviously re-flashing would void a warranty).

Saves a few hundred bucks if you don't need to bounce between flashes a lot to just borrow a friends.
