I would want to know if the paint should be sanded down at the bumper if there are chip marks? i dont seem to find people talking about that.. anyways you save on wax and such.. i guess the same 2 bucket washing would be fine...

wash it, don't wax it. Avoid using high pressure at close range, because it is a rubberized film, which is capable of tearing. To be honest, your need for any care for it at all is unnecessary. Let it cake up with dirt and bugs, then hose it off, peel it off, and respray a new layer.
You'll see that dipping makes you lazier, lol

An old customer of mine for Audio work had his car plasti-dipped white and he carried a container of those hand wipes with alcohol and that's how he cleaned it, and for a white matted plasti dipped, at shows always looked super clean.

After the car is dipped DO NOT wash within the first two weeks after that you should be good. Unlike the earlier post that stated not to use high pressure... you will be fine as long as you aren't hitting the edge of the dip with the washer. You absolute best friend will be DYC's dip foam kit. https://www.dipyourcar.com/product.p...&cat=34&page=1 its a good price and you are guaranteed it will clean dip and not ruin finish or integrity. Its a matte finish so no wax. Tire shine is a "use at your own risk" product if you want shine. I personally wouldn't use it as it has been known to "melt" the dip. BUT if you ever do go the tire shine route I know that Duplicolor's tire shine doesn't harm the dip.. though I still don't recommend using it. Good luck with the dipping! If you have any questions give me a shout!
