You probably have it wired wrong. I had the same issue til I found the problem. Read over my thread here which I was able to solve it.http://www.ft86club.com/forums/showthread.php?t=24032

So, I took 2 wire taps and tapped the brown behind the dash in the factory stereo plug in and tapped my remote wire, works like a charm. Thanks fellas!

Glad you got it down. I wired a sub and amp into my pioneer unit and now my radio and Sirius doesn't work. Screw it tho. That's what iPods are for haha!
