There is more noise in the rear, but I have noticed this on the V3's as well on this car. It has been brought up with other coil over options as well. Can not say it bothers me too much.

Did you ever isolate the issue? I'm having a similar problem:

Sounds like a loose tophat bolt up front. My KW Clubsports did this too. That or a loose sway bar end link on that side, or the sway bar could be contacting the control arm. I'm willing to be it's one of those three.

The KWs have a different bump stop design - one with a plastic "curtain" attached. We have found that these do tend to make a little noise under compression.

You might be correct, I didn't play around with the tophats but I assume they came torque'd from Eibach.

Another thing I thought was the 3 bolts holding the actual camber plate to the car might be loose. On the R2's they have a lot of play for what I assume caster. I torque'd them but they might be loose.

Yeah i'm guessing that's me. Up to this point Mark and Eibach has been helpful. They offered a rental car, but i'm not sure if that will work for our schedule. Hopefully they can pinpoint the issues or install error!

I plan to pull it off and check that top nut and tighten it if necessary. If that doesn't fix it, I'll play with the preload. Hopefully I'll get it fixed this evening. My new tires come in today!

Just an update on my end. I did tighten down the top bolts and the noise for the most part went away. I also had to add some pre-load. I realized that my camber plates came from Eibach mounted wrong. So when I get a chance I'm going to pull them back off and rotate them so the camber plates line up correctly.

they actually freely rotate.. or should anyways. so I don't think I'd call the rotation of them wrong.. The installation guide shows the correct orientation.

I'm pulling them off tomorrow. When I received them they wouldn't rotate freely and I didn't want to break anything. Should I keep the tops bolted and rotate the strut assembly? Or pull them off and rotate by hand?

you might be able to leave the bottom bolted, just unbolt the top and rotate them. They should spin pretty easily, although they may not if there's a bunch of preload on them, I didn't preload them until after they were bolted up.
