hi experts, im thinking of 17x8.5 +40 square or 17x8.5 +48 square and running 235/40/17 dierezza IIs
will it fit at stock height without camber adjustments? if so will it poke? i dont mind if its not flush, but i do not want any poke. even slightly sunken is ok with me. thanks a lot! |

@Calidownhiller
245/40's would probably look better since you're on a mild drop(I actually like this sizing for a meaty look), however the 245/35 is going to keep your speedo reading as close as possible to the stock wheel/tires. It's your call...

53 pages, wow! Thanks for the sage advice from the pros here.
A couple questions. Why does Tire Rack say stock suspension is limited to 215/45-17 front? Rubbing issues? http://www.tirerack.com/tires/Option...S&autoModClar= Because my plan is to keep the suspension stock height for SCCA Stock class auto-x and mount 245/40-17 Rivals (or equivalent)... http://www.tirerack.com/tires/tires....=g-Force+Rival ...on Enkei RPF1 with 45mm offset and 6.22" backspace. http://www.tirerack.com/wheels/Wheel..._16&sort=Brand But rubbing would be a deal killer unless someone here already tried this with success. Also, any issues with discarding the tire pressure sensors? I have no use for them. Apparently I'd be looking at an always on dash light that could be disabled. Thanks in advance, and sorry if this was asked earlier, search didn't show a hit. |

What width? 17x8 or 17x9? You'd need to run one of those widths with 245's. 17x9 is optimum for that width of tire and with a 45mm offset it puts the tire very close to the strut, but perhaps others with experience with this fitment can chime in. There's lots of cars here running 17x9 RPF1, both in +35, and some with +45. A decent search should give you some solid data. |

In a perfect world, the best offset for a 9" wheel is +40, IMO. But +35 has been proven to fit also quite well. |

Will 18x9.5 18x10.5 +32 work?
Looking at wheels for my car and unsure if the wheels will fit properly. Possible RB but not wanting to buy 2 sets of wheels. These are dished if that makes a difference. 18x9.5 18x10.5 +32 ... Any help would be appreciated. Wheels will require 5x114.5 spacers/adapters
