It's a "feel" mod that doesn't translate to HP gain on a dyno since it's a reduction of drivetrain/friction losses...so people don't like it on the value per dollar spent scale. It's a good mod. I'll get around to it eventually.

have you tried autox?? I recommend really driving the car before you just up and say you need more power. just a suggestion. I have driven much faster cars, but the way the frs handles is amazing especially when really put it through its paces, such as an autox.

+1 on learning your car first. Take it to auto x or circuit track, then go from there.

I took mine to track the other day and I need less movement on chassis, so I'm planning to buy some whiteline bushing set.

If you want 250-300, forced induction is the only feasable way at this point. Save your money, and keep an eye out in the forced induction forums - AVO and fa20club run about 4k I believe (the entry level kits). Fa20club got ~275whp on 5.5psi!

Keep in mind though, you'll need supporting mods. Stickier tires, a clutch, and possibly fuel injectors if your planning on going e85. Not to mention installation and any maintenance.

Highest I've seen N/A is 210whp, with I/H/E + e85. I bet with some cams you could start getting close to 250whp, but none have been released yet and that's going to take a professional install (expensive).

I have the pst cf driveshaft, it's noticeable. Quicker revs. No problems.
And the lightweight crank pully, with a boxer you don't have to worry about balance as much.

Good to hear. For some reasons the PST shaft didn't work on my car. Didn't felt any difference and show 0 gains on the dyno but it did save weight.

I have Header , exhaust + tune on 92 octane and hitting 188whp now. I am going to add an intake and hope will get up to near 200whp range
