I'm sure you as a customer would love getting a phone call every time you car will be sat into and moved.
Ring ring.
Hello mister customer. I'm just calling you to let you know that your car will be worked and looked upon in the next 15 minutes!
Ring ring.
Hello again mister customer. We are about to enter and move your vehicle, do we have your permission? Also, I will call you back in case my technician is going to have to move the car a few inches or turn the wheel.
Thank you! Talk to you soon.

As Dwight Shrute stated, "we need a new plague".

However, in the case of taillight condensation the dealer might have driven the car to their clean up bay(if they have one) and the car got the damaged there. They will need to test the repair they have done most of the time. All for your convenience. All so that the car will not break down on you.

Do not just go and blame a dealer just because you think you know what is wrong and what is right. Damage might have been done by OP and only noticed right after the dealer service.

IT IS TIME FOR EQUALITY.
First off, I work at a dealership and most dealerships do a walk around on the car to make sure there isn't previous damage before doing service. Assuming this is a process that should have been followed. If there was no walk around performed and marked off on the vehicle damage sheet with the customer's signature, then the dealer cannot prove that this was pre existing and the customer can claim the dealer did it. In this case, sounds like the f@cking C Tech went for a quick spin and curbed her car. I got my tail lights replaced and they didn't do a test drive. When I got my fuel pump noise diagnosed, the tech came and got me so we could go on a test drive together to confirm the noise.
Keep following up and get these sh!t heads to pay because if this was my car and I would have had this shit resolved and fixed.

I 100% agree with this. These sheets should be filled out by the service rep and signed by you at drop off time and reviewed again at pickup to ensure no new dings on the car

You work at a dealership and the tech still wanted you to join him in his test drive? Seems like your dealer doesn't trust your words. And what case is this in? Can you prove it before blaming a party?

Never heard of a case where the dealership couldn't reproduce the issue, or the customer went along to point it out and make it more obvious?

I never have prematurely blow a head gasket. Always use OEM or Mugen.

I'd shit fire if that happened to me. And I'd use the dealership as my toilet.

I said I work for a dealership, I never stated what dealer. I work for a Ford dealer so why the ƒuck would they look at my car. I went to a Toyota dealer for my FR-S and the tech went on a test drive with me to confirm the noise he was hearing was the noise I heard. Good day sir. thank you, come again.
