What's your other ride, winter ride etc.

Lets see what else you got in your stable.
For me this winter I'll still be driving my FRS most of the time. But on nasty days, or if I'm goin to a steel mill or other nasty place, I work as a construction millwright, I'll be driving my truck.
Had it since 2008. 2004 F150, 4.6, lowered, 4.11 posi rear end. Pretty good in the snow with proper tires and a couple railroad ties in the back for weight.

Luckily here in Arizona we don't have to have a car we sacrifice to the hazards of winter time. My FR-S shares our garage with my wife's '11 CR-V.

After I bucked my original plan of getting a New Fwd car so i could drive it in the winter too,I opted for a used compact pickup.Interior is super clean.Snagged it for 1400. the previous owner rebuilt the front end and transmission recently.Typical rust bubbles on fender wells but it runs like a champ.

Much better suited to camping, mtn biking, and runs to home depot.

This is toward the back of Coyote Canyon north of Borrego Springs.

For the most part, I'll be driving the FR-S. When the weather is ugly or when I just feel like "sticking it to the Greenies", I drive our 2004 Suburban ZL1.

Nice. I have always loved the 2wd desert pre-runner style.

2004 Ford Explorer XLT (4.0l V6) with 146k miles on it.

Here's a video of it in action: [ame="http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hdxnbDlVuQw&list=UUWyPPaQdWdxGwGFAsvhiSoA& index=10"]Ford Explorer Mudding - YouTube[/ame]

You most certainly can't do that in an FR-S!
