Another thing you can do is locate the spark plugs and remove all. Crank the engine two-three times for five seconds each to spit out the unburnt fuel. Dry your spark plugs, if you think they are fouled replaced them. Install the plugs, hook up you car battery to another car(it will only take less than ten crank attempts to drain the battery on it's own), try starting the car again. Crank for five to ten seconds and wait for 20 seconds before starting again, that will allow your starter to cool in between attempts.

But a rolling start will ALWAYS restart a flooded engine; assuming that your battery, ignition coils, spark plugs and wires, and fuel injectors are healthy. Good luck!
Pulling plugs requires raising the engine a few inches, definitely not something to try on the side of the road.

I've had mine be tough to start a couple times, I had to give it a bunch of throttle while cranking to get it to fire.

Yep, but the information given here would at least give an idea to the person, we are talking about the 'stealership'. Since when did you really put trust on the 'stealership'?

I've had my stealership uphold warranty on lots of things. I even had my 2011 sti's rotors replaced for free at 15k miles after an aggressive track day under warranty because they couldn't resurface them. It depends on the relationship.

I don't think that's a fair assessment at all, I've known girls who are bigger gear heads than me and can wrench just as well as any man.

Based on her mods and the car she's chosen to drive I'd say she's quite familiar with working on cars.

She was asking for a service department not about how to take apart her block. How is that sexist if i'm referring to her first post.

dealership called me yesterday, said fuel pump fuse was blown. they replaced it for a sweet charge of 115$. service was closed so I couldn't dispute it not being covered by warranty. was just happy to have my car back.

On the way home realized my radio and interior clock dont work now as well. quickly checked the radio fuse in the cabin and it was not blown.

any other ideas?

Wait what... a fuse change + labour is $115? Ridiculous, hopefully your dispute that charge and have it covered by warranty asap.

Bitch to them and have them give you a good reason why there’s electrical issues with a brand new car and why they would charge for that. Get the money back in service credits at the very least.

That's a huge pile of BS. They should refund every cent of that, AND fix the clock/radio while kissing your ass.

they said because of customer negligence i'm responsible. because I let my battery almost die, they suspect the continuous cranking the engine over, ignition on, ignition off, ignition on, ignition off. blew the fuse. still bs. but not the first time i've delt with a stealership. I think i've sorted my stereo issue. looked at the online wiring manual and found the dome fuse blown under the hood. need to grab a new 20amp at crappy tire.
