Wow, those plugs are rocked. I have half that in mileage and my plug looked just fine. It appears you're running pretty rich....

I just checked the spark plugs. After driving around 1500mi All ground electrodes look okay but gap of 2 plugs were only 0.5mm. The other two gap increassed to .95mm. Now I have popping sound in intake manifold when high load at low rpm (2500-3500rpm). I suspects one of direct injector seals is leaking.

You still haven't answered a few questions:

1. What type of gasoline are you using?
2. Are you running a tune?
3. Are you running an aftermarket intake?
4. What are all your engine modifications?

1) I was running e10 before tune and e20 after tune.
2) I am running visconti tune
3) no
4) 2.5" mid pipe and K&N filter

Ugh! Not trying to be a jerk, but couldn't you have said that up front? For 3 weeks you had everybody thinking, "Oh shit, now what?!" and all the while this issue is most likely due to the factors above.

So many threads detailing issues and 9/10 cases it's probably due to AM stuff. Not that I'm against it, but If I had a dollar for every problem thread that mentions, "...I have a CIA...", I'd be able to buy my own!
