Those rims look good on the firestorm...maybe i shouldve bought that one..A drop would bring it in but it would depend on the tires to make it flush..right?

225/40up front (less poke) and 245/35 rear..anything wrong with this set up I plan to do on mine ...should I just go square with 225/40 ..H&r super sports springs is my choice for the drop..Would I need adjustable lower control arms in the rear cuz of the 245 or the natural camber would be ok..will be doing an alignment when springs settles...Any help on this would be appreciated

I'll test fit the rears tonight but I think we have more clearance there without going to control arms or bushings.

The front are the real test, so I'll quickly fit the front rim again to see how much play I have if I install a crash bolt.

Will post some more pics later tonight.

I test-fitted the wheels again, this time both front and rear and wanted to account for the change in camber with a crash (camber) bolt.

Good news is that the rears fit quite nicely at stock height, so with lowering springs it should bring the top of the wheel/tire in a bit more. I'll be running 245/35ZR18 all around with these wheels.

Fronts are always a bit tighter, but the crash bolt makes a big difference in the camber needed to make it fit. I didn't really think it would amount to enough camber to allow the wheel to pull in enough but it does.

The before pics are on my post higher on this page, see below for the after pics with the crash bolt in place.

I'll post some more pics in a few weeks once everything is mounted and springs (Eibach ProKit) are installed also.

Installed on the car (well for an hour).
Still waiting on springs to be installed and more importantly spring to come!!!

18x9 +35 on Continental Extreme Contact DW 245/35R18.

Wheel/tire combo weight came in at 40.6lbs vs 41.2 for stockers.
Tire shop was impressed at the weight of these wheels and mentioned they balanced very nicely.

Quite a bit of poke for now but will be lowered on ProKit springs and also crash bolts installed, so it should tuck in, just.

Pics (pardon the dirty car):

So plenty of inner clearance with an inch drop from a pro kit? I have similar set up and also waiting for springs so I didn't mount my wheels...

Springs are not installed yet, but should be fine.
Loads of clearance on the inside rear inside. Inside front is quite a bit tighter. Only 12mm clear of the tire, or 8mm with a crash bolt installed.
With an extra inch of drop, should have enough room.

Anyone in the states buy from influence import? If so, how's their service? I called the number and got a Spanish cell phone carrier recording. Also real slow to reply to emails...

Not much.
Maybe a front splitter, side sills & rear spoiler down the road.

We'll see how she does on track soon.
