Well looking at how worn the mat has become after 8k miles, this is going to wear as well. That said, this piece is fairly easy to produce, looks great, and protects the mat. I'd much rather make a new one of these every two years than source and replace the stock mats.

Alright, now I have a matching one for the passenger side. Looks much better, I decided to go with the piston emblem for that one.
