Any results after the intake has been installed? I'm waiting to pick up a Greddy intake, so I hope it creates a simple fix for the stupid noise

I have the same kind of sound sometimes at idle 600rpm, but nowhere near as loud as the sound OP's getting.

I had that noise originally and it went away after switching to a greddy intake so hopefully for those who are getting it it works out for you

Now that I think of it I don't hear it any more after adding a Takeda intake. Honestly can't tell if it's related or what the sound was.

How do you like your Greddy? I find it's snappier, especially at high RPM, but it makes a big "bwaaaaaa" sound at 3.5 - 4.5K WOT.

Noticed this same sound today when stopped at a stop sign. Not sure how long it has been going on, but I am at about 16600 miles.

I heard that sound on my car. Thought it sounded like a pully, but it only did it a few days while driving home from work after the car completely warmed up. It did it a few times times and went away. I have a Perrin intake and inlet too.
