I thought the same thing too with the BRZ's interior looking bland and typical Subaru compared to the Toyota. After seeing the Scion interior and it being even more bland, the BRZ is more closer to the JDM spec.

Good eye, the speedometer is definitely different. The numbers are spaced much more like on American speedometers for mph.

I suspect that the car posted on Subaru.com is the USDM car. I've said that for awhile now

Which means we likely get the ugly chrome accents. I'll be replacing the side ones with the 86 piston logo though.

Yeah I don't notice any differences except for the Nav. USDM Nav definitely looks a lot cheaper haha. Hopefully if they make that Nav standard it won't make the BRZ cost a great deal more. I hope for a no radio option honestly and I will get my own.
