The dealership I got my frs from had a hot lava sitting there for a while. It's a good looking color, but it's too loud for a daily driver imo.

If the frs wasn't my DD, then I might have gotten it.

This seems like a surprising split, people hate it or they couldn't get their hands on the color. Good info, thanks guys!

It would be pretty cool if the engineers can integrate OLED technology into mass produced cars. Check out the Toyota Fun Vii

Well, I am very happy with my Argento, but since I've seen a couple of Hot Lava FRS' with some black or carbon fiber lips and spoilers, I'm wishing I had that color now. It compliments the car very well.

I think it's a great color and suits the FRS really well. However, it is not a color I'd want to own personally. It's a bit too flashy for me and I could see myself getting tired of seeing the color every day. But I love seeing pictures of it on the forums!

I think because that color belongs on a Corvette, only a Corvette.

I dont mind it, except the color really clashes with the red stitching and should bolsters. Had the interior been all black, I would have considered it.

You can see the bolsters through the windows. You definitely notice them.

Simple... Because Whiteout is more Popular

This is the other reason I couldn't do Hot Lava, it reminds me of a pontiac (yes I know it is not the exact same color).

I love hot lava. I have a Ultramarine that I ended up with because it was the first one I saw and I thought these cars were going to be hard to find.

I will happily trade my Ultramarine to anyone with a Hot Lava!

Everyone is saying the hot lava look dull but I think the Firestorm color is the most dull out of the bunch, it is the only one that doesn't have a metallic flake. The red is always eye catching but when you look at it, its very lackluster. I love how my hotlava reflect light and never once have looked back at it and thought that it looked dull.

That's exactly how I felt. It would have been amazing to have the stitching match the paint, but I haven't noticed too much clashing between the hot lava and the red. Heck, I painted my calipers red and IMO they looked good. However, If there is ever a FI twin in yellow, I will be the first to put money down on it and trade my Lava in.
