I don't work for any company. I was asked by a buddy to throw these on my car pound on them and review them.
I am giving honest feedback on a product.

you guys are assuming these are a shit product, none of you seen or touched them yet, i know this to be true because i have the first set shipped out.
Yes they are a private label product made overseas, no different than most of the coilovers people are buying.

I have roughly 500 miles on them now with no issues.

i think the problem is that reviews are void of any actual information or even comparisons to similar products. its just opinion and that can be based entirely on placebo effects.

I have built plenty of cars over the years. Full blown race stuff to full blown show cars. I know placebo effect from actual performance.
I am simply reviewing value for dollar at this point as they have only been on the car for a few days at this point.

lol every time I see crocs I remember observing in the operating room and the surgeon was drilling to insert a rod, when he pulled out the flesh and blood stuck in the drill bit dropped on his foot.

you simply cant discern actual performance from percieved performance. its just the nature of the beast. im not saying your review was out of line mind you, im just saying that with out quantitative data, its not going to be useful in the way that many people would wish it could be.

ive spent my fair share of time in a or suite and i can assure you that a little blood in the croc is the least of the concerns. that can be a disgusting place more often than not. crocs were huge a couple years ago. now everyone is wearing those stupid shoes with the rounded shape up soles.

I went to a little cruise spot last night and hung out. Played with the adjusters a little bit as the city streets are terrible. It can be dialed down to a fairly stock ride without much trouble.

NM the pic doesn't help. The rear uppers have a rubber bushing securing the mount to the strut, not a pillowball mount.

I still think it's a weird/absurd design. Is it pre-assembled or do you have pics of it taken apart?

These look like they are made by the same company as Megan and BC.

...the same factory which almost undoubtedly make all the ~$1000 or less coilovers on the market.

Yep, spring rates and vavling that aren't spec'd to each specific make of car. I'd know because I have a set of Megan's on my other car and they ride like complete ass. Going to switch to Mopar coils eventually which are made by KW.

they are holding up fine. no clunking, no rusting.
I currenty have my car apart for the winter to rebuild it with a bunch of new parts.
the coilovers have served their purpose, for the average guy on the street to get a little low and have some fun these things will be fine.
