strangely i asked customer service on scion.com through live chat. Apparently there have been no announcements or statements that there will be an OEM foglight for the scion frs.

i hope that this is not true , i'd like to get a foglight kit for my FRS when i get it later on this month. i'm gonna wait 3-6 months before i go on ahead and do a DIY foglight install =/

Well, the bezels are available from Japan and Subaru Outback fog lights bolt right in. You just need a wiring harness and a switch and you are set. I did mine last week.

Here is the topic for DIYing...

So is it just that dealership that's offering that price or is it a special they're running on the AT models?...

Yeah, and a matching F430 Spyder under the car cover next to it.

Was WHAT a typo? I offered a link to the DIY topic for those who want fog lights and you said something about a special price on AT. I don't know what you are talking about!

I think he's referring to the original topic, when you were at the dealership.

Oh, that makes sense. I didn't look back at page one...

No, the dealership made a mistake on their price list, which is why they took the sign down immediately. I WAS going to buy the car at that price, and I think they would have had to sell it to me, but I didn't want to burn that dealership because they have been very good to me over the years.

@DarrenDriven, do you have a soldering iron? Not sure how the button attaches just yet to the harness that's coming to me, but I'm probably going to look for a smaller switch since the one that comes with the nigel harness looks pretty big from the pictures people have been posting. Plus I haven't tapped wires before, might need your assistance eventually.

Yup. I've got a nice little gas-powered one that works awesome. You are welcome to use it anytime! I'm more than happy to help out if you need it -- just buried with some other work right now!

Where did you order the bezels from? Got the link? Wondering if I could also install led fog lights that will mount in the bezel. Thanks, Anthony
