I'm leaning toward Doggy's still. I like the option of having the drink holder and being able to leave the center console closed.

Had these metal bars / wires in my shoulder for last 1.5 years after my DH crash... And yesterday - I managed to snap all them in parts in my shoulder Going for surgery tomorrow - so all the progress on the armrest / center console and other stuff will be stopped for at least a week....I really hope that I will get back to work after week - so will post all the progress pics and info then!!

Yea - kind of

Armrest is at my upholstery shop - because we are trying to cover 2 pieces with one piece leather - that there would be no edges visible - and once closed - it would look like one piece... Its taking a while now - but I don't really care - because I want to make it as good as possible... People who where interested in 1 piece design - now can simply buy OEM one...
