That should fit neatly within the fenders without issue.

I'm getting these installed Saturday so there's no turning back now, if anyone with tires and wheels close to this can help me out or people with absolute assurance of their answer and not a ballpark that could answer would be awesome....
Running 18x8.5 front 235/40 +38 offset
Rear: 18x9.5 +38 offset 265/35

Will I run into any issues running on stock height and alignment ? Rubbing against springs fenders etc? All I need to know if I would be okay with this setup

Not 100% sure about that offset, but I test fitted the following with no issues at all (dropped about 1").

Running 18x8.5 front 245/35 +45
Rear: 18x9.5 +45 offset 265/35

@ScionFR-S:
From ITDan's setup above, you are effectively running 7-8mm outward more. I think you'll just clear in front, back not so sure. You will probably need to dial-in camber either way to make sure the top of the tire dips into the wheelwells.

Have a look at my setup photos higher on this page and you'll see what I mean. I have test fitted 18x9 +35 and it pokes alot up front.
I'll have to install crash bolts and lowering springs to give me the additional camber that I need to bring the rim/tire in enough to make it work. I intend to run a 245 wide all around.

And don't forget folks that we have a great fitment calculator located here:

http://www.frsproject.com/tire_size.php

Thanks to @itdansharpe for this!

It is even stickied in this Wheels/Tires section!

Of course inside strut/wheel well clearance is still unknown in my calculations, so please use it as a guide and not a be all end all solution.

Using the calculator as I did before I ordered my stuff it shows to be just flush to the fender but not close to the fender on top.... I'm running a 235/40 in the front and a 265/35 in the rear both with +38 offsets

They are both pretty close so not that much difference and both will work on the wheel width you have.

Front: 18x8.5 +38 with 235/40 are FLUSH
Rear: 18x9.5 +38 with 265/35 poke 1/2 Inch but DO NOT RUB ... no issues with this meaty fitment ... pics coming soon

Love proving some guys wrong that said this setup would def rub and i would need coilovers and cambers .. HA !
