2011 Ford Mustang GT 5.0 0-60 mph 4.5

Per zero-60times and yes I picked the fastest times for the RX-8 and S2000.

The benchmark for fast has moved up quite a bit. Myself, I rank acceleration pretty low so I'm not swayed by this. But it's always nice to see where your car stacks up against competitors or similar cars.

I wouldn't cry about 0-60 in 7 flat but it's obviously capable of mid 6's with a good launch.
Nice post man. I like the car exactly where it is. I knew exactly what I was getting in the straight line speed dept. So no worries there. The great thing is, it still suprised me in the turns.

Also very impressed with the GT Mustang time. Car is a beast.

Take it to the drag strip and get some 60 ft times. That's really the best way.

Stop being a hard ass. I only asked where we stand. This "you bought the wrong car" shit is annoying.

Sorry but from someone who has actually grown up racing, talking about 0-60 crap is annoying. Take it to the track and don't be an idiot on the streets being boy racer.

Are the auto times based on using the paddle shifters or just in reg automatic mode?

Well no one told you to come to my thread. I didn't make it to piss you off. Now stop trolling. If you have nothing useful to say, then just sit back and read or leave.

That's funny. The minute that thing lit off, the roof would peel off like the skin of ripe tomato.

You can't launch an auto as hard as you can a manual.
