resonated perrin an option? looks good and close to stock from what i read on the boards.

unless you're planning on going complete stealth and replaced headers on down, minus the stock cat back system lol.

Resonated perrin midpipe will not work on stock muffler

There will be no drone what so ever, honestly it's almost like stock sound, but you will be able hear the difference. Like I said, once you turn on the stereo or start talking, the sound wont be noticeable. Start up is where you mostly hear hear the difference, but as you know even completely stock the start up is loud.

As far as the agency products, I have not followed their products closely. There is some dude selling a combo in the member's sales page, if you're interested.

I made a install/review video on the P&L motorsports catless front pipe.. i should probably load it up on youtube so people get a better idea.

Why not fit a downpipe with a HF cat?
It will keep the emissions legal and have very little effect on performance.
It will keep it quieter too and be essential if you ever fit an axleback since sound levels and drone are priorities for you.

I have catless front with stock muffler. The sound change is minimal and no drone. Only louder during startup-warmup. Power gain seems real, there was dyno tested by one of the manufacturers. I found power gains in 3-5k rpm.

It does connect to the stock muffler. It is the only midpipe that will work with stock muffler

I can't wait to see your FI setups!

My frs is the daily, and no exhaust currently out for this car sounds acceptable to me, the only sound i want is a supercharger whine or a turbo spooling, and like you said priorities change, when i feel the need to be a jackass i just take the supra out, lol

Ive got a nameless front pipe/ over pipe combo with a high flow cat and everything else is factory (for now) and it changed the sound a bit and according to my butt dyno added some power. I do not have access to a dyno and therefore can not show any official numbers but it feels and sounds great IMO.

Would a front pipe make the stock exhaust louder with just a high flow cat or a resonator? I'd like to choose between one of the two but am not sure.

Berk has a resonated and HFC version front pipe for near $250.

I do plan to get the overpipe, a catted/resonated front pipe, and headers (if available) while leaving my cat-back 100% stock.. hopefully in the next few weeks sometime. I'll post results/review once I've got those mods on..

If it isn't too loud yet, then I'll consider getting a quiet cat-back exhaust.

I'm following the same path myself. I'm just undecided between the catless and catted front pipe since FA20Club tested their own catless front pipe and lost a significant amount of power without a tune adjustment. If I went catless I'd want to get a tune to avoid potentially running super rich and losing power.
