Has anyone replaced the stock muffler with a smaller one?

Has anyone replaced the stock muffler with a smaller one?

I don't mean getting a full muffler delete like berk or works...but just getting a smaller muffler, maybe a magnaflow? Would it be a simple weld off weld on job? I would take this to exhaust shop...I just feel like this could give a little more sound at an affordable cost.

Thank you

Maybe look at an axleback, like the one from Nameless?

Costlier than just having a muffler tossed on, but you don't have to alter the factory axleback, and it's very well designed and built. I'd expect you'd be spending a few hundred on having a new muffler welded in. It's completely doable though, just be sure the shop you go to does good work if you go that route.
