Heh, just read this after sending you guys an email about my two pass. side brackets. Glad to hear you're already working on it.

Aside from the mix up, I was very pleased with how fast they got to CA! Hopefully that means the replacement bracket will be here soon, too.

It seems like this part of the package someone vacuum sealed it with the wrong parts in. So the person actually putting it together had no idea it was the wrong item.

I'm still going to blame it all on Tony. All I ask is that the culprit be forced to write a thousand word essay on why we double check everything.

Also I demand silly pictures be drawn on my packaging with my replacement part.

What this dude said. As bummed as I was about not getting this installed today, I felt worse knowing the good dudes at Grimmspeed would be taking a hit on a simple mix up. I had no doubt that they would take care of it, so here's to hoping everything gets cleared up quick-like.

Yea, besides getting that mix up ( cough cough Tony) , the parts seem really damn sturdy and well made. Glad I waited for these instead of buying a different brand.

Glad I checked this thread as I received the struts already and it prompted me to open the box. I also got the 2 identical brackets.

Count me in on the duplicate issue. Good thing I checked this before I went to install them. I was wondering why there was still so much activity on this thread
