Definitely did this too. Spent like 15 minutes in determined disbelief. I'd rather consider myself too dumb to figure it out the first time than accept that it was wrong.

Even watched the video again just to see if maybe the instructions were wrong and the video would show otherwise.

No such luck.

Just got home and saw I had a package...what a let down.

I also didn't get any instructions, just a piece of paper telling me to download the instructions from grimmspeed.com. Unfortunately, their website doesn't yet have a product page for these.

Instructions are on the first post of this thread, both PDF and video. Since this is a pre-release group buy, you won't see it on their website yet. Unfortunately, they used the standard instructions note in the package which really only applies to their products that are available for general retail.

It might help to figure out what went wrong and it might bring to light the possibility of two guys meeting up to swap mounts if they live close enough to each other.

Hey guys. We're aware of the situation and were terribly sorry for the mix up. We got excited to get you guys these kits ASAP and in the rush, had a breakdown in communication between our engineering dept and the folks in assembly. There are 55 of you that will/have received two identical lower brackets in error. We're going to send you guys the correct bracket first thing on Monday. Thanks for your continued support and please bear with us as we make this right. We will post again or send PMs to let you know details, but I wanted to make that you know we're on it.
