edit: oops.... looks like people already posted. I have 2 of the same tensioner pieces. Only parts I opened were those and the long brackets

Someone should pm or call them so they are aware and don't send more out. That would just be a big mess.

They're not in the office today, I've PM'd them as well as direct mailed them via their website and they've been tagged here as well. They probably wont hear about this until Monday when they get in unless they're surfing over the weekend.

There is good news with all of this tho!!

We bought from grimmspeed who im sure will have amazing customer service with this problem and will handle it 100% correctly! This is why alot of us waited we could have bought brand X a few months back and im sure if there was something wrong with there product they wouldn't stand behind it. I know grimmspeed will.

Oh, I definitely know they will fit it, but it got our hopes up. I know I wasn't only one with big smile when the box came in. Then... Oh... Wait. Oh no..... Awh man....

I even tried flipping it around a few dozen times to see if I just put it down wrong.
